I got this in the mail and I quickly scanned it on my lunch
hour. It's approximately 56 minutes long.
The first 25 minutes are cardio and then 15
minutes of floor work for the butt
and abs. The remainder of the workout is cardio. The
time frame looks to still be around November, Shellie still has
her curly hair. All the regular instructors are in it, including
Jasmine.
There are no new moves in this workout. Everything
seems run-of-the mill. There are two new twists on some old moves.
When they do the 3 traveling jabs and a cross,
they go from side to side and then front to back. When they're
doing the step-in front kicks after the floor
work session, they do some new move with their arms,
sort of like a waitress holding a tray. I don't know what that
one is all about.
The music is pretty good, they opened with "Knock
on Wood" and in one section had "Boogie
Fever" and "Shame."
