The tape starts with a 5 minute warm up:
alternate punches with clap
1 arm speed bag
2 front punches with claps
standing ab contractions
touch foot and punch to side
shoulder raises with one leg squat
knee raise and punch
double punch with knee raise
knee raise and front kick
2 front punches with clap again
-
1 arm speed bag around stationary arm
regular speed bag
knee raise with side kick
1 roundhouse kick, then 1 jumping jack, then another rh kick on other
side
foot cross with corresponding punches
staionary rh kick with balance move at end
-
same thing (no balance move)
squat with rh kickv
front kick with back kick with step in between (new)---kicks on same
side
double jab
-
speed bag with frontal step motion and then forward punches with
backwards
steps (new)
side to side move, while pumping arms (good for abs)
step and punches added to last move
-
standing side crunches (with balance move at end)
During these, Billy says he doesn't want us to be mad at him but love him :)
He also teases Debbie about being on cloud 9 and acts very cute
Billy also climbs on Michels during the balance move
During this Billy has everyone scream. Marge doesn't scream, but looks in
the camera and says "Anybody can do this" to the camera. Yeah!!!
wide, inner thigh squat with heels raised
corner to corner punches
go down to floor for ab work:
~seated move with leg being lift in front and then to side
~still seated, then lower torso down and up (with bicep squeezes)
stretch
Comments:
This is a strength-oriented workout. It is a good workout for improving
technique. Shellie is very vocal in this one. And Billy is very silly.
