Billy really does an all body workout on this one. It starts
off with about 10 minutes of stretching and
then 30 minutes of cardio. I don't think there
were any new combinations in this tape. It was pretty much your
basic stuff. He did do that leg out to the side one where you
don't touch your foot down.
At the 40 minute mark, he takes you down to a horse stance and
you do squats, then you turn to the left and
do squats and then turn to the right...then back to the center
for more squats (Just like he does at the end of the old
AL2....it's like that only more intense!) Billy does about 5
minutes of squat stuff....and boy did my legs feel it!
Then you get on the floor and do some butt
work, but you only do 2 exercises...the one where
you push your leg straight back and the one where you bend
your leg and push up (for the hamstrings). After this, he has
you do push ups (not real ones...the kind
where you are on your knees), but let me tell you....it ain't
easy! You start off just doing the push ups down and up, but
then he has you go down in 3's (down a little bit, then a little
bit more, then a little bit more) and then you hold on down
and then you come back up in 3's (up a little bit, up a little
bit more, then up all the way) and then you do 5 fast ones.
Next, you roll over and do some ab work.
At the end you there's a pretty good stretching out period (about
6 minutes). I liked it because I really felt like it worked everything
in my body. I think I'll be feeling it in the morning.
