Billy is wearing BLUE 3/4 length leggings and
a white muscle shirt with tae-bo logo on. Shellie is wearing
Long blue leggings,and a white crop top. Tae-bo queen is wearing
a mottled pattern leggings in lilac and a lilac T-shirt.
The warm up is a good 6 or 7 minutes long, during
which Billy at one point takes you down onto a bended knee, the
other is stretched to the back of you at which you point your
hand(same side as bended knee) to the ceiling for a count of
8,and then the same on the other side. Next - you bend one knee,and
put the other leg to the side - straight, and bend and flex the
foot, bend and flex, bend and flex for 2 sets. At this point
the camera zooms in on a girl with dark hair dressed in a camoflage
t-shirt and khaki green leggings. Next, legs are stretched to
either side of you,and you do side to side reaches, then a hamstring
stretch.
Billy starts the routine with marching, then goes
straight into left speedbag, then right speedbag. Camera zooms
into a very pretty girl with darkish curly hair who is wearing
a blue crop top and matching shorts, then on to Shellie. Next,
into uppercuts - at this point Billy demonstrates from the side
correct form, and to add creedance also shows a humorous look
at sloppy form. Next - left jab, right jab, emphasizing twist
of hips, and pulling in of abs. Routine goes into double speed/jab
work to either side, then into marching.
The next bit is double speedbag work. Swivel to
right, side speedbag. At this Billy moves around the room, goes
first to Shellie, then a girl in tracky bottoms, then Taeboqueen,
then the girl in yellow. At each one, he holds his hands up so
that they can see where to be rolling fists in speedbag Stance.
Next are side knee raises, he does the first set
really slow, and then does 3 sets at regular time, yet again
talking through about correct form and saying it is no good only
going to "here" (pointing to hips, adding that to
work the abs you need to "use" them) and pull The
knees High! When he does the right knee raises he does them all
at regular time.
You do front jabs, 3 sets, then quarter? jabs and
then quarter jabs at double time. Ditto right side. Then he walks
it out! Then you go side to side--sort of side jab right, side
jab , right, side jab right, then left hook, then back to the
left in the same way, except reversed obviously! :) He does this
slowly twice and then double time for 2 sets. Next are front
knee raises, with hands behind the head for 6 sets. Then he moves
into a 2 move jab...left, right, back to position and clap......After
this-it is a 3 move jab, left, right, left knee raise.
At this point, Billy goes into roundhouse kicks,
only regular time. And he does 4 sets of them, and then almost
straight into side kicks with squats. After this it is the cool
down,which I think is alot quicker than the one in the basic
studio...
