#1 (TBTV #9): Yellow cut tank and pea green pants with yellow stripe. WOW good warm-up & stretch followed by early short but effective floor(no abs) the whole rest of the work-out till a great cooldown stretch is intense cardio mostly great punching combos (no kicks).
#2 (TBTV #10): Peach cut tank with tight blue shorts with peach stripe good overall work-out with great Abs at ~ 45 minutes enough unique combos to keep it interesting though slow starting (personally I skip the real pushups in the warmup)
#3 (TBTV #11): Powder blue Vneck T, black tights with blue striped cap. 20-25 minutes decent routine warm-up cardio then 10 minutes floorwork without abs, pushups instead. Good overall routine w/o but probably not worth repeating but can be done thru floor after previous basic.
#4(TBTV #12): Blue tank blue tight shorts with white yellow stripe, cap, yellow sneaks. Overall challenging work-out. The warm-up stretch were above average. The cardio was too fastnot much fun IMHO. The power moves were extremely challenging (no floor). The cool down & stretch were outstanding. Personally, would do the warmup then modify the cardio and enjoy a really good last 10 minutes as a reward for attempting this work-out.
#5(TBTV #13): Same loose Blue work-out jacket (as basic #5) but with matching pants over a lime V-neck tank not seen till last ~15 minutes black tights with white stripe seen almost halfway thru (Is Billy doing a striptease)? Also how does he wear all of these layers when folks are pouring water bottles over their heads? This work-out was exhausting to watch and had nonstop cardio and good power standing floorwork and cooldown. Billy was extra charming in the beginning till the cardio became endless. Not much new in the cardio but some cute stuff in the warm-up and good stretches at the end. Do this when feeling Hyper (for ID purposes had a 9 yo girl on the left front riser) and a question... what is the red bandage looking thing on Shellie's shin below the calf?
#6 (TBTV #14): Dark blue tank tights with yellow stripe (Shellie in warm-up jacket). Overall, a good work-out worth repeating. Starts with 40 minutes of cardio (no streches till end) and ends with 20 minutes of floor then cooldown. Warning: even TBQ took a time-out from the nonstop cardio. Of course, I slowed down the frontkicks and did way less reps cuz alot of front knee raises and front kicks (too many IMHO) but with some interesting variations to make them fun. Highlights for me were the knee raise variations, speedbags in reverse both double armed and single armed and the inner thigh work on the floor.
#7 (TBTV #15): Warm-up jacket pants (Shellie in green) over black/dark blue tank tights with red stripe. No fun grueling cardio at end. Good ending stretches.
#8 (TBTV #16): Dark blue tank tights with white strip, cap (warning: warmup muscles before doing) starts with excellent stretching in first 10 minutes then10 minutes of abs on floor then standing cardio pace varies from slow to fast making it very do-able ending stretch ok but alittle short plan to do first 20 minutes often after a Basic work-out lacking in stretches especially the preceding one.
