#1(TBTV #1): Light green cut tank top with loose fitting black shorts. No floor, good warm-up good paced cardio shoulder rolls and partnered machine gun kicks.
#2(TBTV #2): Mint green t-shirt with sleeves cut off black baggie shorts with green side stripe letters across front. Fast paced warm up followed by good stretch (suggest to do previous Basic into the stretches because lacks them). Slower paced cardio with a few interesting moves like punching bag in one direction and then other direction moving forward then punching when returning back at ~45 minutes. Starts floor with interesting ab work; suggest to fast forward ~25 minutes through most of cardio to side crunches or lunges if doing the Basic #2 work-out first cuz more interesting. Cardio lacks a cool down.
#3(TBTV #3): White Tae-Bo tank top Orange baggie shorts w/ Tae-Bo in black letters across front. Routine warm-up but interesting cardio great arm work prior stretches at ~25 minutes (where work-out can end for a good Basic format) then a little too much fast kicking next 20 minutes, then more neat cardio standing ab work then floor work.
#4(TBTV #4): Yellow T green tight shorts with black stripes. Impression: great early floor to do following Basic #4 otherwise just 2 interesting kicking combos (knee raise opp. leg front kick, front kick same leg round- house) and not much else (no cool down stretch). Only 2 stars overall but would be a 1 star without the floor work, but a 3 star for the early floor work to follow another work-out.
#5(TBTV #5): White t-w/sleeves (and almost the entire sides) cut off Black "tights" with white side stripe. Great warm-up and stretch with lots of fun stuff (can add onto another work-out like previous Basic 5). Cardio had too many front kicks IMHO but good punching combos too at ~45 minutes. Good standing abs, push-up alternating with punching on knees.
#6 (TBTV #6): White T dark gray pants with white stripes good warm-up and stretches then dull 30 minutes cardio with way too many front kicks. Fun last 15-20 minutes: good power moves, shoulder/waist rotations....
#7 (TBTV #7): Purple T gray pants with thin black stripes energetic good tough overall work-out especially beginning warm-up and stretches then squat work and floor work near end 3 star keeper, though middle cardio is only average.
#8 (TBTV #8): White T black pants with red stripes. Good warm-up and stretches then routine cardio cept speed bag front kicks good power moves near end decent stretch 1/2 not a bad work-out but prefer others
