#1(TBTV #1): Light blue tank with blue pants with large white stripe. Good warm-up stretch followed by punching which is enhanced if using a bag mostly comfortably paced but a few too many side & roundhouse kicks lacks a closing stretch.
#2(TBTV #2): Powder blue fitted tank top Periwinkle blue tight shorts w/ a darker blue side stripe. Billy tries to make warm-up more fun routine good stretches after warm-up but minimal at end nonstop cardio at good pace lots of combos finish off with the following advanced warm-up stretches.
#3 (TBTV #3): Yellow Tae-Bo t-shirt with sleeves cut off, black "boot cut" pants with yellow side stripe. Can try as a warm-up or *light* day cuz starts slow but speeds up near end with good stretch and the cardio has an interesting step (3 lateral jabs then cross) and an interesting funky move.
#4(TBTV #4): Yellow T, loose black shorts with yellow stripes with stars. (loved it when I did it) follow with next advanced through floor work.
#5(TBTV #5): Yellow Tae-Bo t-shirt w/ sleeves cut off Pea green (or olive green) "boot cut" pants. Routine but good warm-up stretch with interesting leg variation very routine cardio with a couple newer variations in other work-outs no cool down.
#6 (TBTV #6): Light green T, loose black shorts with solid light green stripes good warm-up and fun cardio some power moves. 3 stars overall though lacking stretches cool down so suggest doing first 15 minutes of Adv #6 then FF to last 15 minutes for fun.
#7 (TBTV #7): Yellow T blue tight pants routine decent warm-up and cardio, boring cool down.
#8 (TBTV #8): White T with black tight shorts with white stripes. Good warm-up with speed bag while squatting, then downhill with a lot of new, confusing but not fun moves, no stretching, boring cool down. Seemed to lack energy after warm up. prefer Basic Live Videos
