#1 (TBTV #17): Yellow tank top black tights with red stripes, cap. Good overall work-out with some Advanced moves at a do-able pace short warm up followed by short but sweet stretches. Cardio had some intense work especially lunges. Billy got a little silly at one point which I always enjoy. Cool down stretch were better than most so suggest to do it alone or as the second part of a Basic set lacking stretches. Music was way too loud though.
#2 (TBTV #18): Black work-out jacket pants over blue tank blue tight shorts with red stripe. Great stretches and more of an intermediate level overall work-out. Starts with a combination warm-up and stretch almost like an animated stretch. Cardio included a lot of power moves and some lesser seen fun stuff like the "wax-On/wax-Off". Cool down had exceptional standing stretches. WARNING: do not try to stretch with both legs up!!!
#3 (TBTV #19): The Role Reversal Work-outs. Peach V-neck Tank & blue tights with peach stripes. SURPRISE!!! A Basic with floor work!!!! Lacks a warm-up starting with good stretching including a new straddle push-up which also appears in the next Advanced work-out, then goes right into Abs on the floor followed by floor leg & butt work. Cardio had a good pace but nothing new and a little short cuz of the floor work followed by a good coo ldown with stretches felt like a short but sweet Advanced work-out cuz of the floor work.
#4(TBTV #20): Dark blue tank & dark blue tights with red stripe. A challenging basic that works the thighs well. Warm-up had good stretching but also real PUSHUPS!! Cardio had a lot of effective thigh work especially the lunge-front kick & slow back-kicks which were then double timed. Cool down had a deep squat and good stretching. A good mix of old stuff with a little sprinkling of new at a good intermediate pace.
#5(TBTV #21): Powder blue T-neck & black tights with blue stripe & cap. A real Basic work-out from warm-up stretches to cool down stretches but nothing new so I would pass on repeating it.
#6 (TBTV #22): Yellow scoop V-neck & powder blue shorts with yellow stripe. Very good opening stretch and some short but sweet floor work. Warm-up goes right into the stretching and cardio starts with washing machine stuff then good mix of old moves in short sets at do-able pace, ending with a balance move and cool down with some stretching.
#7 (TBTV #23): Dark Blue tank and tights with white stripes. 5 stars because great stretching and FUN. Starts with great stretching so warm-up a little first. Cardio has a lot of old moves but new combos of them mostly a do-able pace and Billy wants to make it fun & succeeds :) Ends with stretching, a new balance move (leg straight out in front) and even more stretching. Then a little Tai Chi (this one made me a little sadder that it was the next to last new work-out set for me to expect thru my cable provider).
#8 (TBTV #24): Yellow V-neck tank & Black Tae-Bo boxers with lime green stripe. Gave it the extra 1/2 star for having good opening and closing stretches. This was a little too routine, almost boring for the last TBTV Basic work-out. Even the music was duller than usual & the cardio had nothing new. The pace was mostly do-able but very limited variety of moves cuz a few moves had way too many sets & reps, especially the roundhouses. Decent work-out for a light day if you walk-out some of the reps
